Article like these are fantastic and I hope TechSpot continues making these for every high profile title launch, or at the very least the most demanding ones that benefit the most from optimizing graphics settings.
This niche has been mostly filled by Digital Foundry in the last few years (though I have seen the occasional guide from here, Hardware Unboxed or Gamer Nexus), and it would be great to have more outlets doing this consistently. In fact, this article having charts showing the performance impact of each value of every setting makes it even better than DF videos, where it's usually just them talking about the settings/numbers with game footage in the background, but no concise graphs like that.
